Discussion: Deposit ECSO into COR (in addition to BioPortal)

We've talked about this as a group on calls and elsewhere and it came up again so I wanted to write a ticket for visibility.

We currently store ECSO in BioPortal and are not looking to change that any time soon. However, COR is another great ontology repository that's topically related to ECSO and it might be a good place to publish ECSO too. @mbjones has already put ProvONE over there so there's already a precedent for doing this.

Folks that might want to have a say would be @mobb , @mpsaloha, and @mbjones.

I'm supportive, especially if the namespace stays externally managed and is identical to our current namespace as we release each version.
