Group lists of units

we have some groups of units already, eg, 'concentration units', 'rate units'. To better match units with characteristics, we need groupings by dimension (eg, combinations of prefixes and base units). But we have not found a units ontology to import that does this.

till then, Jim recommended Accumulate a list of units Resolve namespaces Set equivalents to other ontologies.
