Tasks for first version of salmon ontology

@mpsaloha is close to a first version and we discussed what would be left to do for a first release. We came up with:

• [x] Publish in Turtle not RDF/XML
• [ ] Publish as properly prefixed so its concise
• [x] Put in mappings in the ontology from all classes and instances we’ve used to sameAs/equivalentClass all http->https
• [x] Tag as a sub 1.0.0 version
• [x] Check what's changed and what we've already annotated with for logical issues https://github.com/DataONEorg/sem-prov-ontologies/issues/120
