[Bug] [K8s application] call k8s service failed.

What happened

after i upgrade from 1.0.3 to 1.2.3 ,if i submit flink jar task again after i stop a task , it will can not call k8s service before i restart the pod.

i use image from https://hub.docker.com/layers/dinkydocker/dinky-standalone-server/1.2.3-flink1.17/images/sha256-e8ef5541b07e42bcd422aaeb6138cd0866572ad9fb833e817f1352484c7c8a0f

What you expected to happen

submit flink jar task success

How to reproduce

cancel after submit task first, and submit again.

When the current pods have not all been deleted, resubmitting this task will result in an error: The task already exists.

i have relaize why it happends, because in 1.2.3， dinky set jdk securityManager， cause the dns will be cached, and it will no expire.
