[Bug] [Dinky-admin] dinky cannot track the JobManager address in yarn HA mode

What happened

In Flink on yarn HA mode, dinky cannot track the new JobManager address after the address of the JobManager changes due to automatic fault recovery

What you expected to happen

In Flink on yarn HA mode, dinky automatically tracks the new jobmanager address to ensure that the task is properly monitored

How to reproduce

1. Configure high availability mode and ZooKeeper quorum in Flink configuration file: high-availability.type: zookeeper high-availability.storageDir: hdfs:///flink/recovery high-availability.zookeeper.quorum: address1:2181[,...],addressX:2181
2. Dinky submits the application mode job to yarn
3. Get Jobmanager address from FLINKwebui

4. Stop JobManager /Stop NodeManager，After that , JobManager address will change
