[Feature][dinky] Support Flink 2.0.0

Description

Support Flink 2.0.0.

I had tried to run 2.0.0 in kubernetes with dinky,but it throw error. I found that some class path had changed in 2.0.0,so it is incompatible.

error log:

class path(for example): ,maybe there are more incompatible updates.

Use case

flink 2.0.0 work in dinky
