Log forward RBAC is missing datadog_logs_archive resource

Feature Request

I managed Log archive configuration using terraform. https://registry.terraform.io/providers/DataDog/datadog/latest/docs/resources/logs_archive

Log forward also supports RBAC to restrict access for log hydration but there is no option to configure RBAC here.

So I request this new RBAC option to datadog_logs_archive.
