[ASM] Add Lfi and Ssrf system tests for .Net

Motivation

This PR contains the basic system tests that check that the Lfi and Ssrf RASP attacks are blocked in .Net

It does not include any check for stack traces or metrics. These tests will be added in a separate PR.

Workflow

   • Test logic is modified? -> Get a review from RFC owner. We're working on refining the codeowners file quickly.
   • Framework is modified, or non obvious usage of it -> get a review from R&P team
