Offline usage of GuardDog

Hi, I have a question about using GuardDog offline. If others before me have inquired regarding this topic and I missed the discussion, I apologize in advance.

I'd like to use GuardDog in my company's on-prem environment, and don't have internet access in my security environment. The most important feature to me is the malicious package indication. Would it be possible to use it offline?

Assuming you are able to install GuardDog offline, scanning of a local package should work without an Internet connection
