Package does not work in Python 3.12

Mostly wanted to make an issue for tracking, but as it currently stands, GuardDog will break in Python 3.12 (comes out in ~3 months) due to https://github.com/richardpenman/whois/issues/38.

Thanks for reporting! Should be relatively doable to upgrade to another way of performing the whois.
