CCM SaaS integration fixes

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Previously, Elastic was missing from the card layout. This PR fixes that and also:

• Adds GitHub to the left nav
• Reorders the integrations per PM request

No net new content, just a rearrangement and fixes.
