What does this PR do?

Removes the note in the final NOTES section that specifies the Firewall Rule update is only for clients in a GKE environment.

Additional Notes

The client from ticket #947611 (https://datadog.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/947611) was not collecting environment variables from the Admission Controller in their AWS EKS setup, but was able to after following the final note in the Notes section. This was despite the note stipulating that this step was only for clients working in a GKE private cluster.
