[Feature] Profiler Support on Windows

i would like the profiler to work on windows

Is your feature request related to a problem?

i am not able to see code level issue or slow functional calls, on trace it recommends to enable profiler and i could not do it on windows

Hey @serak, thanks for reaching out. We have not yet scheduled or planed Windows support for the profiler, but you could help me with some information: What Windows and PHP version are you using and how do you run PHP (as in which SAPI are you using, is it running in Apache, IIS, PHP-FPM, ...).

we are running PHP as part of WAMP Stack (https://www.wampserver.com/en/), and also as PHP_CGI from IIS server, we do use different version of PHP's like 7.4, 8.2 & 8.3
