Moving PHP5.x support to maintenance mode from version 0.75.0

Starting with dd-trace-php version 0.75.0, PHP 5.x will be supported in maintenance mode, which means Datadog will continue to provide full implementation of existing features including support for bug & security fixes. PHP5.x versions will, however, not receive new features. PHP 5.x will be supported in maintenance mode till 31st Dec 2023.

If you are using a PHP 5.x version in your application and have a feature request which is critical for your business needs, please contact us at Datadog Support.

We recommend using officially supported versions of PHP, especially 7.4, 8.0, and 8.1.
