It's likely not supported for C++ at this moment, isn't it? I don't see C++ example in following link, neither in the `dd-opentracing-cpp` code. https://docs.datadoghq.com/tracing/trace_search_and_analytics/?tab=go
This is inherently environment related and not something I'd like to bake into my docker images.
