Add support for Dovecot IMAP server stats

It seems that Dovecot is the most used IMAP server, running about 2 IMAP servers out of 3, but Datadog has no support of its stats. It could be very useful to be able to monitor it; this way, in addition of SMTP, with Postfix, we could be able to get stats for IMAP.
