Describe what happened: There is no way to disable host ports on the otlp endpoints

Describe what you expected: To be able to disable it, like it is possible with the agent helm charts: https://github.com/DataDog/helm-charts/blob/2fda0a8b75434fb95bee6f4e1ade1c241e0ea246/charts/datadog/templates/_container-agent.yaml#L21-L30
