Document RUM APIs

I would like to integrate RUM tracking with DataDog but do not wish to use the browser-sdk. It would be nice if the API contracts used by the browser-sdk were public.

That would help a lot with this: https://github.com/DataDog/browser-sdk/issues/432#issuecomment-1361346089 if I could do a call to DD with a given sessionid that would be great.
