compiled latest ver, "fixed" WindowScrape/issues/4

"fixes" https://github.com/DataDink/WindowScrape/issues/4 i think the intended way to do this is with the fancy cicd stuff but who cares Compiled Source/WindowScrape.csproj with VS22 on Release x86
