Docs: example uses RealtimeLogger

I'm looking at the "more real world example" and am trying to adapt this to my needs.

While doing that, I stumbled upon RealtimeLogger, which isn't explained and which also didn't work for me. Specifically, looking at the logs, I saw Realtime logging disabled. I had to enable it explicitly with --realTimeLogging.

Is that an oversight, or something strange with my configuration?

Should real-time logging be enabled by default? Otherwise, I'd make a PR for the documentation.
