Permissions on jobs

As a user of job manager who has various levels of access to different jobs, I want these permissions to be clear in the UI.

How will a user know what jobs they have access to view but not change, change but not abort, or all permissions. Could we make jobs filterable by this? Should we denote by something in the UI?
