Hate speech classifier

Build a social media hate speech text classifier, maybe using this data from Crowdflower as a starting point (https://data.world/crowdflower/hate-speech-identification).

I (Jonathon) am happy to standup the classifier behind a REST API if that'd be helpful. This would be a valuable service, not only for some internal projects, but also for the tech community at large.

@jtorrez @gati hey there are some more data sets over here: https://sites.google.com/site/abusivelanguageworkshop2017/ I'm doing my PhD on this (or well a topic that's extremely similar to this) so feel free get in touch if anything comes up.
