Identifying doxxing

Some of our data contains deliberate attempts to dox people. If we can identify this data, we can exclude it from any data that we make public alongside analyses. That would also allow us to design some analysis that investigates doxxing.

The first step in this is identifying what kinds of data constitute doxxing. The next step is figuring out how to identify that data.
