So, I'm still working on this, but to be honest my VERY basic python skills are failing me at the moment. I've got a bash script that will convert PDFs to text, and a python script that will find the relevant line numbers in the file, but I'm struggling with the final step of writing just those lines to a new file. I don't want to hold you guys up, if anyone else who is not a total beginner wants to take over I can upload what I've got, or otherwise I will keep trying...
