Provide prototype for Controller/Server-side implementation of ADPC

There is a Browser Plugin provided as a prototype/demo implementation, which is client-side implementation of ADPC signals and its management. A similar prototype showing a possible utilisation and management of ADPC on the server-side, for both HTTP and JS methods including changes and withdrawals, would be beneficial for guidance on how to implement it.

Totally agreed, example implementation(s) of the website side of the protocol would be nice.

Note that for the JavaScript approach, one can already find a very simple usage example by looking at the source of this ADPC test page.
