Why would you do that? The media won't be displayed after 24h without these parameters.
The plugin [PersonalPins](https://betterdiscord.app/plugin/PersonalPins) already does that.
Just pin the message which files are attached to?
I'll keep this issue open, but cannot promise it will be implemented.
Added new medias type `file` in v1.10.0.
