GitHub has deployment status for PR https://developer.github.com/v3/repos/deployments/

Similar to previous issue https://github.com/DashboardHub/PipelineDashboard/issues/1540 build status for PR

The above API is for Repository deployment status. I checked for dashboard hub its returning me empty array. Please check the below link https://api.github.com/repos/DashboardHub/PipelineDashboard/deployments
