List users which currently assigned Issues + PRs and the totals of each

I think from a work balance for the team, it would be great to show a list of users that have current work assigned to them.

• List users who have issues and pull requests assigned to them
• order descending by the total

For example:

• user 1: issues 4 / pull requests 3
• user 2: issues 2 / pull requests 2
• user 1: issues 1 / pull requests 0

1. Do we have to add this info in contributors card or other card?
2. which users are referring here ?
