On project dashboard for each repo pull request display status

On the project dashboard show the latest PR status:

Include

  • building CI status (I think they are: waiting / building / passed / failed / error)
  • approved status
  • deployed status

I have few queries on this issue

  1. Do we have to show the commit status or PR status ?
  2. How we can find the deployment status of PR as I can't see this information in Pull request github api?
