USB ports are not working on the expected speeds

Brief summary

Some USB ports are working at USB 2.0 speeds, while it should be USB 3+.

How reproducible

100% reproducible

How to reproduce

In Ubuntu, run lsusb -t

Check the speeds.

Expected behavior

If you attach a USB storage device to the ports, these should indicate that they work on 20000M/x2 speed, not on 500M speed.

Actual behavior

At some ports (USB-A at the left, USB-C ports), the USB devices work at 500M speed.

Additional context

Please test all USB speeds and make sure that they are not working at USB 2.0 speeds, but USB 3+ speeds instead.

Looks like a definite firmware issue, need to re-check USB port configuration. @wessel-novacustom Is that on the iGPU model, or dGPU? Or both?

This was on V540TU. Not checked yet on dGPU model.

I was unable to reproduce this on any USB port on v1.0.1-rc2. A USB3 stick was detected at 5000Mbps on all USB-A and USB-C ports. Note that the max speed depends on the stick itself, in this case it was only supporting 5000Mbps (3.2 Gen1 speed).
