Brief summary
For a few months now, the lefthand fan of my NovaCustom NV40 11th gen (near the CPU) has been spinning out of control at low temperatures and loads almost every boot, no matter what I do. Even when booting into the Dasharo Tools Suite. The right hand fan usually stays quiet until actually high temperatures arise.
How reproducible
~ 70 %
How to reproduce
Have my NovaCustom NV40 11th gen and boot it up. Do anything; after a while, the left fan will start spinning out of control.
Expected behavior
The fan should not start spinning until high temperatures are reached.
Actual behavior
Left fan starts spinning out of control.

Solutions you've tried
I've tried installing several applications for controlling and/or monitoring fan speeds but none was able to even see the fans.
The fans should be synced on this platform (configured to always spin at the same speed). If one fan is spinning out of control and the other stays at the same speed, to me that suggests hardware failure. @wessel-novacustom have you seen this failure before?

@mkopec No, I haven't.
This is most likely a hardware issue. I suggest @sanj0 to apply for service, which is non-binding.
