DTS allows installing Dasharo v1.1.1 for 13th gen and higher CPUs. This bricks the platform. The issue linked above fixed this for the update workflow, but the install workflow still allows this.

How to reproduce

• Launch DTS on stock FW on a platform with 13th gen CPU (or higher)
• Try to install Dasharo v1.1.1 (stop before it's actually flashed, as this will brick the platform)

Expected behavior

DTS should not proceed with the deployment.

Actual behavior

There are no warnings that stop the user from doing this.
