Add import of SegmentTimeline with Number.

Add support for DASH VoD input format SegmentTimeline with $Number$ addressing.

Currently, the input DASH VOD formats supported are SegmentTemplate with Number and SegmentTimeline with Time.

This is a format generated by some tools like Shaka packager so it would be useful to have it.
