MIME types allowed for subtitles

In IOPs 4.2, in § 6.4.5 the additional MIME type text/vtt is mentioned. However this type is not allowed according to Table 4 in § 3.9.2 (see PDF page 36f).

We need to fix ambiguity, if any. If so

  • either remove in 6.4.5 or add in 3.9.2
  • by default we add in 3.9.2 unless other information is provided by next week

Adding to 3.9.2 seems reasonable to me.
