Warning about timescale not equal to sample rate for HE-AAC audio

When checking content including HE-AAC audio, the following message appears if the track's timescale is set to the rate of the base AAC encode - instead of the audio sampling rate: WARNING: Track timescale 24000 not equal to the (integer part of) the Sample entry sample rate 48000.0

However it's not clear why this is a warning in this situation.

Should be ok if duration accounts for that difference?
