Hi,

When using the DASH-IF Conformance Tool, I noticed that several attributes apparently do not get validated properly. I attached a minimal manifest that contains (at least) 3 issues (I had to upload it as .zip since .mpd is apparently not supported, sorry for that):

  • contentType="Foo" is not a valid contentType.
  • subsegmentAlignment="Bar" is not a proper value for the attribute subsegmentAlignment.
  • codecs="hev1" is an incomplete codec type.

In addition the video representation contains a language tag. I'm not sure if this is an issue though.

I did not check all other tags and attributes, so there might be more issues for other attributes and tags.

When using the conformance tool I ticked only "DASH-IF".
