Fractional Moon Cycles

When trying to add Selûne to my FR game, I noticed that the moon cycle only supports full days, while Selûne's cycle lasts 30 days, 10 hours, 30 minutes (30.4375 days).

While setting it to 30 days and adjusting occasionally works for now, please let the cycle length accept more granular amounts.

Should be fixed with the latest version - it will allow you to enter decimal places and calculate them properly 🤞
