Ability for downloader to detect if file has already been downloaded before

It would be nice if one could just type

.\cr-dl.exe download https://www.crunchyroll.com/the-rising-of-the-shield-hero 1080p --season 2

and it would download just the videos that weren't downloaded before (either due to them not being out just yet, or error during downloading).
