new gui has lighting issues and a broken screen

the what I believe is refered to as welcoming screen is broken as well as lighting image image image

Have you tried deleting the "assets" folder and running "AAUpdate.exe"?

i havent, but it didnt fix it. turning off ambient glow also doesnt work
