Ducky does not seem to provide an SDK (at least I couldn't find one). Some of the devices are supported by OpenRGB though which would be your best bet in that case.

I do use OpenRGB but prefer to lose that way for more direct interaction, I do know Aurora rgb which are kind of the same creators do support ducky with their code on the github
