Support for GL_NV_shader_buffer_load

GL_NV_shader_buffer_load lets you use bindless buffers with C-like syntax, including casting uint64_t to any* (float*, vec3*, SomeStruct*).

It's an OpenGL specific nvidia extension, not widely used.
