mobs get tp when they hit for 0
I have:

Additional Information (Steps to reproduce/Expected behavior) : -mobs get tp when they hit for 0 they shall not just like players -cast stoneskin on blm see mob get TP
EDIT: MY interpretation of stoneskin's functionality is wrong. per https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Tactical_Points section Exceptions, hits against stoneskin prevent TP gain no matter what as long as the target doesn't lose HP.
If I get stoneskin (don't want to edit it into my character as I'm currently trying to play without adminning anything) soon, I will test this and see what happens.
I have noticed it both happening and not happening with multiple mobs, the easiest way to test is when crabs use the tp skill that gives them a small version of Stoneskin. Sometimes, I hit them for 0 and gain no TP, sometimes I hit them for 0 and gain TP (I have made sure to note that I am not getting hit by anything when this happens). I am making an educated guess that this is occurring similarly for mobs as well, as I have yet to acquire Stoneskin, especially considering at least 2 other issues mention similar things (WS getting returned tp when hitting for 0 - this hasn't happened for me yet and I've gotten RDM to 38, WHM to 35, WAR to 25, and BLM to 23; and Mobs gaining TP when hitting for 0). When I manage to get Stoneskin, I will dia a mob and just let it hit me for a while to see if it ever uses a TP skill, but this might take a while as the python AH scrubber set the Stoneskin price to around 450k and I've not gotten around to changing this because I'm trying not to edit more than I have tweaked to make my server more Solo friendly since I'm the only one playing on it (pretty much just doubled all player stats).
This hasn't been happening any more, and I've not changed anything on my end, so it may have been resolved already (my server was 8 days old, I did a new pull yesterday (19Jan2020)).
