Feature: Soft Bans

Soft Ban Punishments:

• [ ] A soft ban restricts a players role, so they can only pick riflemen.

• [ ] A soft ban should also have them specifically mirror team damage, so instead of doing damage to the victim it damages the soft-banned player. This should specifically and absolutely work with vehicles as well.

• [ ] A soft banned player cannot drive vehicles.

• [ ] A soft banned player has a 15 second longer respawn time.

• [ ] A soft banned player can be TKed and always forgives.

• [ ] A soft banned player cannot be a Squad Leader or Assistant.

• [ ] A soft banned player has unchangeable idle kick time of 30-60 seconds (so they can't just go afk)

• [ ] A soft banned player must get a kill every 5 minutes or be kicked (so they can't just script-move idle)

• [ ] A soft banned player cannot switch teams (after picking a team)

• [ ] A soft banned player cannot chat or use voice chat

Other Tasks:

• [ ] Will need a soft-ban list that we admins can maintain, perhaps with a temporary assignment system and also automated soft-banning for long term griefing (will require metrics).
