First-person weapon can appear zoomed out while in the iron-sight animation

I believe this happens when iron-sighting while toggling prone, but it's a bit tricky to reproduce reliably.

Prevent sprinting while going in/out of IS and vice versa. Also players should not be able to go in/out of IS while changing prone stance. This will cause multiple problems.
