Players are not credited for vehicle kills if they die first

Describe the bug

Vehicle kills are not counted towards score when killer dies before the vehicle. For example, when vehicle is killed by a delayed explosion or by fire.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Drop a satchel on a vehicle or set it on fire.
  2. Suicide before vehicle blows up.
