Make disembarking infantry briefly immune to being run over

Players often get flattened shortly after exiting a vehicle.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a few second grace period when players can't be run over by the vehicle they just exited.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- When possible, eject players into side exit locations if vehicle is moving backwards.
- Don't penalize the driver for running over players that were in his vehicle not long ago (potentially can be used for griefing if crafty enough).
