Add gameplay mechanic to remove team-owned supply caches

It is known that the more team-owned supply caches are built, the slower the supply regenerates.
the more the frontline moves forward, the more supply caches have to be built to adapt to the frontline. the first built supply caches lose their use and meaning quickly, except that they slow down the regeneration of the supply.
Unfortunately, there is no adequate way to remove the self-built or team-built supply caches except with e.g. an Satchel. (please tell me if i am wrong)
