Describe the bug

Despite having a mark for arty, the game sometimes refuses to let me call it and I get the error message of having no arty marks.

Steps to reproduce

This is rather random and doesn’t occur all that often so reproducing it may be difficult

1 Mark an arty target

2 Run to a radio

3 It should tell you no arty target marked and will not allow you to request a strike
