Binocular Marking Error where marks are not registered on the map

Describe the bug When marking with binoculars for artillery (on and off map) and enemies the marks do not always register on the map. When you call artillery it drops on your previous mark, not he new one and mortars cannot see the new mark.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'binoculars as a squad leader'
  2. Click on 'the artillery/enemy marking circle'
  3. Click on the option you want to mark
  4. See error

Try to diagnose what is causing this new issue. I thought it was only the artillery menu but now I have noticed it happens with marking tanks etc as well.
