Unable to re-bind keys for forgiving/punishing team kills and accepting/declining squad invites

As you can see from the image, team kills and other prompt messages appear across the screen and you are unable to remove it, even by typing “np” or actioning on the prompt.

Suggest ability to re-bind the key.
